Print is missing in action.
There is something that I have been missing since the days of DOS: print a list of files in a directory. The days of Windows came and was born Progman (Program manager) and it was great to click and see a list of files but was there a menu item under "File" to be able to print? NO.Windows Explorer replaced it and they fixed this oversight - NOT.Hehehe. Please, please, please add a print option under "File", I mean "Organize."T.R.

You can still drop to a command prompt, navigate to the folder in question, type in "Dir > filelist.txt" (without quotes) and then print the resulting file from notepad. Though... I gotta wonder how much paper you'd be wasting if you've done a printout of folder with 1000's of files.

None, print to PDF.Ya, I know. I've already been doing that for years with command and cmd. But it is really difficult typing a long list of encrypted directories or ~+7 characters to get to the various needs.I've also used print screens (and paste into mspaint) for smaller lists. It just seems like such a simple thing to ask for but this is the time...before a new OS hits the shelf.T.R.

That's a relief.. and I'm sure there's a forest out there that's thanking you... I hear you with regards to the typing - it can be a royal pain in the backside. Back in the day, Microsoft used to put out a number of PowerToys for previous versions of Windows. One in particular, I found quite useful - the Open Command Window Hereutility. Just right click on the folder you want, select Open Command Window and blam! You're there at the folder you want. Sadly, they stopped doing so for Vista... Maybe we need to be asking for them to bring that puppy back... Pretty please with a pound of sugar on top!!!
