Um, have you tried using the snipping tool as a workaround?  Simply type snipping tool into search

Can you use On Screen Keyboard and click the PrtScn button to print the screen successfully?

If it works, you need to check your keyboard.

If the On Screen Keyboard still does not work, please post the value of:
