Print Problem
Hi All,
Problem: I can't print after starting up the PC sometimes. I need to reboot printer spooler service if the problem exists.
OS: Windows 7 Pro.

What is the model of the printer?
You may try the following steps to install the printer.
Please follow the steps below to install the printer.
1. Click Start, click Control Panel and double click Devices and Printers.2. Click Add a Printer. 3. Select "Add a local printer". 4. Select an existing LTP port. Click Next.5. Choose the correct driver in the driver list. If no available driver, click the button Windows Update, wait for the process finishes and then look for the driver again.6. Finish the installation.

IssacKL,
This could be a number of different things - as Arthur suggests - providing more information about your printer's model, driver versions, computer information, etc will help us help you better.
Generically though - more on the event 372 can be found here:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd393167(WS.10).aspx
Also the "RPC" error would seem to suggest network issues, or at the very least more Events in the Event viewer related to this (possibly in other sections like System or Application).
Hope this helps,Kevin Costain
