We know or exista previous version of lync for xp ,my machine is a Xp and not planinig upg

The best Lync client for Windows XP is Lync client 2010 (Lync 2010 support 32-bit version of the Windows XP Professional operating system with Service Pack 3 (SP3) and you must install Windows Installer 3.1 and Microsoft Core XML services (MSXML) 6.0 with Service Pack 1 (SP1) before deploying Lync 2010).
