Preventing validation of wireless server certificates
My wifi network uses PEAP/MSCHAPv2 authentication. It works in XP with "Validate Server Certificate" turned off.Win 7 does an impressive job of automatically setting everythingup,and asks me for the login and password without requiring me to configure anything. However, it fails to connect because the server certificate couldn't be validated. I've looked in the property pages for the connection but I wasn't able to figure out how to turn off server certificate validation.

Do you mean the checkbox for 'check for server certificate revocation" at:IE, Tools, Options, Advanced tab, Security area?Rating posts helps other users
