Hi, when I Schedule at meeting in Outlook, the lync desktop client is change its Notification Ikon to Busy and that it should be, but if my maskinen is inaktiv for xx min, the notification is change to not there - that is also right, but I belive that schedulere meeting from Outlook should win and be higherest proritet - I can set min to 360 but is there a way to give Outlook Meeting higheres proritet

This is not really configurable past the 360 minute workaround you found, inactive will generally always win over busy because it's usually a more valuable indicator of presence.
