Preformed a Backup, what do and don't I need?
I just recently preformed a backup cause my windows XP somehow was missing a system32 file and crashed, i eventually managed to do a backup and fix everything. I now have upgraded to vista then to windows 7 and still have the backup folder. Do i still need files in there such as my whole WINDOWS folder since i belive the computer doesnt use that folder anymore? I just don't want to start deleting files that would crash my computer! (Sorry if this is the wrong forum!) Please help and Thank you :]

The only reason to keep the old backup files would be if there are any data files in there you might to access. Otherwise it is safe to delete the old backup files. Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
