After an IPconfig I noticed that the IP address has gotten a label of "Preferred" or "Duplicate". I believe that there is relation. Someone know if is it some new feature? Thanks.

Hi, Duplicate indicates the machine can't obtain the address as valid, you need try different address. It is impossible to have two machine with the same IP address, you will definitely receive error message stating there is IP address conflict.
