Precense of some usuers on Lync 2013 on prem and some on OCS 2007 R2

Hi friends,

so, I have a similar issue, but a little bit complex.

This is our scenario,

Lync on-Line

Lync 2013 on-prem

OCS 2007 R2 On-Prem

When I move my user to Lync On-Line i found some user Offline (users on OCS) and some users Unknown state hosted on Lync-2013.

I have more of 50 contacs, and I still having the issue with three users on OCS (hosted on differents OCS servers) and three users hosted on different Lync 2013 FE....

If I rollbak my user to Lync 2013 on prem, i can see the state of all six users fine...

I've try with Skype for Business and lync 2013 on my laptop, but the problem still there. using my cell phone with lync 2013 the issue is the same...

thx for help mates.

Hi Eason,

thx for help,

Move all OCS users to Lync 2013 is on our roadmap.

It's very strange, because this issue happs just with some users... looking on to my lync logs I found this two errors.

ms-diagnostics: 25008;reason="Attempting to route to Primary Pool";source=

ms-diagnostics: 13012;reason="No Routable Endpoints.";source=

I've check routes on EDGEs servers and they are Ok

and all EDGEs have on the hosts files all FQDNs for all FE (OCS 2007 R2 and Lync 2013 servers) to discard any DNS resolution issue there.

thx again!

Hi guys,!

here the solution!!!!

Users on OCS 2007 R2 have assigned the <label for="item500" id="item500_label">Skype for Business Online (Plan 2)</label> on Office 365.

It's true that Lync onine and OCS 2007 R2 on-prem doesn't work, but if you have Lync 2013 on-prem to its work perfect! (Lync On-Line -> Lync 2013 on-prem - OCS 2007R2)

Just you need to be sure to not assign any license at users who still reside in OCS

thx all for the help!
