Pre-RCI manual activation of wireless fails
re: pre-RC1 5536 In the previous builds 5381, 5384, I was able to manually connect to a wireless network in range. My wireless nic is the Netgear 108mpswg311t. However, under pre-RC1 5536 I couldn't manually connect to anyone of the various available wireless networks. The progress bar would go ad infinitum but never show connected. Then when I enabled "Connect automatically when the network is in range", boom I connected with any of themimmediately. Anyone else?

Had similar problem with this card in XP Media Center Ed. Uninstalled (had to manually clean registry), then reinstalled with latest drivers from Netgear site. Now connects to the router (WGT624, uses WPA-PSK), though it takes longer than other cards/machines, but will only work on LAN, not through router to Web (other Win2k and XP machines work fine). Using DHCP - gets valid address. Tried two cards of same model. Anyone know of something with these cards?
