Powershell versus Command Line
Hello, I'm trying to figure out why something works in the command line but not in PowerShell. I am trying to run the following command manage-bde -protectors -adbackup c: -id: {enter guid here} when I run this command in the powershell I get an error "ERROR: input required for -ID" In the command above the area after -id: is a GUID for the bitlocker drive you are backing up the recovery key to AD for. When I run the same command in the command line (not powershell) it works just fine. Can anyone point me to an official documentation source on the things you can and cannot do with Powershell?
