Port Survey
The firewall has an option to add ports but I do not see a way to query the machine to display all exsting ports for XP an later operating systems1 person needs an answerI do too

What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Most people do not need many/if any ports open through their software firewall. Taking a microsoft online course. The documentation indicates that one should check. I can launch the course and assume it is open but it brought up the question how does one know what is open and what is not. I wrote down a command line instruction long ago and cannot remember it now. Please advise if there is a command for DOS, CLI and power shell. I recall that in the old DOS command it returned every port. Wondering if there is also a way to query a specific port for incoming and outgoing
