Describe your current antivirus and anti malware situation: McAfee, Norton, Spybot, AVG, MSE, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, Comodo, etc.Perform some scans for malicious software first, then when these scans run clean, that would be the time to fix any remaining issues:Download, install, update and do a full scan with these free malware detection programs:Malwarebytes (MBAM): http://malwarebytes.org/SUPERAntiSpyware: (SAS): http://www.superantispyware.com/They can be uninstalled later if desired. Please vote my posts as helpful so I can get lots of points. I am saving up for a pony!
