Poor performance of Broadband connection
Hi,Steve here running XP Home Edition SP3. I'm not sure why but my PC has in recent days developed a major performance problem with the broadband connection. Instead of downloading at 400K/second its 20!Does anyone have any ideas what what I can use to diagnose the problem or change settings?Interestingly, this problem did arise shortly after some updates....???!Thank Buddies,Steve. 1 person needs an answerI do too

What kind of connection do you have? DSL? Cable modem? Something else? What kind of router/firewall do you have? Have you tried restarting it?You might also try testing your connection by going to http://www.speedtest.net (free). -B- http://www.officeforlawyers.com | http://www.onenote-tips.com Author: The Lawyer's Guide to Microsoft Outlook
