Hi Jo Tse,
Update your Lync phone edition client to the latest version if you didnt do that.
Please make sure your Exchange integration is currently available and functioning.
If possible, could you please provide an example or screenshot ?
Best regards,
Eric

just confirmed the wrong contact is not in AD server user or contact object , so don't why cx600 will lookup this wrong contact and don't lookup the correct user information.
sorry the screenshot can't provide, it is true information.

Hi,
Try to reset the phone to the defaults by pressing * and # during the boot.
Also please verify that you don't have this wrong contact in your local OUTLOOK.
Lync 2013 have Unified Contact Store, so you phone will get all your contacts available in Outlook, not just company, but also your personal.

Will try to reset the device.
but seems not only one cx600 phone report this problem.
not sure both cx600 users have this contact on their outlook contact.

After reset the phone, the problem still appear.
Thanks.

Hi Jo,
Is the Polycom connected to a PC via USB or Standalone? Can you see the contact in Outlook from another computer?
Cheers

It is connected with PC via USB.
outlook doesn't have this contact.
Is the Polycom cx600 don't support 4 digital extension to find the contact?
but only this contact have issue, but this is vip user.

Hi,
I suggest you to check if this contact has correctly set up extension and phone attributes in AD.
Also please check if it was not ignored by AD normalisation rules, but checking the file \\LYNC_SHARE\1-WebServices-26\ABFiles\00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000\00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000\Invalid_AD_Phone_Numbers.txt
