Polycom cx500 and 600s randomly signing out for a second
I've had a couple of weird problems crop up the past couple of days on our lync deployment, it's a standalone server no edge deployed. Randomly our desk phones have been randomly signing out for a quick second and coming back in, and external calls will randomly not work for a brief second, it seems like maybe a network issue, we did recently put in a new firewall but all voip traffic is behind the firewall even going out on external calls and as I said we have no edge so I can't see why that would be the issue. I am going to be looking at these issues but wanted to post here to see if anyone had any thoughts about maybe where to look or what it might be, given the description of the problems. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

That does sound like a loss of network connectivity; I'd suggest getting some packet captures of traffic between the phone and Lync server to see what is happening during that time frame.

were you able to resolve this?  I have hte same issue of  cx600 random sign out.

it be much appriciated if you share some thoughts.
