Hi,Check with your security software, most of the time it blockes cookies from hotmail. Also manually deleting cookies will also help to fix the issue.You can also uninstall security software and check if the issue is resolved reinstall the security software .Try the below link :http://support.microsoft.com/kb/278835Regards,PradeepMCP
