I was wondering if there was an option integrated in windows 7 that allowed any page or program to be pined anywhere on the screen so that my program always remain on top even if using multiple programs !? I tried using a program called "Windowpinner1" but sadly it did nothing in win7 even in compatibility mode. Thank you :-)

Thank you Vivian for the reply :-) I tried the program but unfortunately it does not work on windows 7 (64 Bit) I tried it in compatibility mode and failed as well. In the end, I guess there is nothing out yet. Maybe in the future something will come out :-) My thanks to anyone who looked this up !
