Is someone any aware about does Picture supports on SKype for Buisness client 6.1.1466.0 on windows phone 8.1.

I am facing an issue were i can see "X" while recieving Skype calls from another person. i was using Lync before and picture was fetching from AD attribute & i can see the picture on my outlook 2013 as well. I was checking the technet also I dont see anything concrete there about Skype for buisness phone edition. Just to inform we have Lync 2013 Server base.

Display or hide contact photos features support for Skype for Business windows/ desktop client, Windows phone, iPhone, Android, iPad. All you have to do is allow to show picture. Nothing else.

I can see picture on my iPhone, Windows, Adriod etc.
