I have 4 GB ram installed on this Vista PC. I tried to enable PAE by using the command: BCDEdit /set PAE forceenable however it is still not letting me use the full 4 GB of ram I have installed. My motherboard does support memory remapping and I do have a x64 CPU. Is there a fix for this?

PAE has nothing to do with how much memory your system sees. PAE is for programs to be able to see the extra memory. Your system BIOS is the primary item that affects how much memory is available to the system. And, if you have on-board video part of the system RAM is used by the on-board video making it unavailble to the system. Also, why are you asking a question about Vista in a Windows 7 forum?
