PhotoGallery tries to install every time I log on - can't stop it!
Background: Few days ago I uninstalled some unwanted programs. I might have tried to uninstall PhotoGallery (which I know nothing about) but don't recall.Situation: Since then, whenever the 2 users on this computer log on after the computer's been off, Microsoft Installer begins trying to install PhotoGallery. It does this for both user accounts. Clicking cancel does nothing; clicking the "x" does nothing - it just keeps trying. The only way to stop it is by using Task Manager - every time we log on! If I let it continue, I'm told to insert a CD (which I don't have) and I've also captured screen prints of other error messages that eventually appear. I'm not very technical - can someone help me to a solution? Ideas: Programs you are having problems with Error messages Recent changes you made to your computer What you have already tried to fix the problem 1 person needs an answerI do too

Hello Kaymak Windows installer has got itself tied in knots the last time you used it I think you need to run the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility You may have to reinstall the program involved after fixing this. Read the instructions here before using it. There is a download link too http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=290301 Remove the entry ONLY for the PhotoGallery. Please note that this will totally remove PhotoGallery .
Free Windows Admin Tool Kit Click here and download it now
