Hi. Just had a phone call from a heavy accented person telling me that I have got some problems with my PC, he asked that I turn it on so that he could help me. He siad he was a tecnical dept from Microsoft and he knew I had problems, I refused to do what he asked of course. I dialed 1471 and his number was withheld. Would like to hear your comments on this. This is FAKE for sure and it is SCAM.Anyone could just say a PC has a problem, no matter what operating system you are using due time , it will become slow or some programs that you installed might cause problem. That is why clean up and defragnment is come and also in more technical case it been asked to contact Microsoft support.
