Ok, so I was having some technical issue (I can't remember what) and I figured that maybe my main (and only) user account might have been corrupt.So what I did was I created a new user account>made that admin> and deleted the old (original windows install) one.Now before there was no option for "clean up for all users on your computer" when using the "disk cleanup" utility, but for some reason Windows Vista (Ultimate x64) believes I have more than one user?How do I fix this?Alternatively or additionally; Might there be a way to SCAN for corrupt user accounts.I don't even know where to start.
