I have so many warnings, errors, critical errors, and I'm just a regular PC user, try to keep things clean & updated. Never had these issues with any other system. I've even cleared all and started from scratch; nothing seems to stick. Help please.

Please upload a copy of your system information file. Click "start" , type "msinfo32" , Click "file" at the top of the page, select "export" and give the file a name and click "save" .

Navigate to where the file was saved to, and upload the generated text file to a public folder on your OneDrive account and post the link here.

Since you have performed a fresh install of Windows 8.1 and are still having the same issues, I would suggest running hardware diagnostics on your hard drive, memory, and other components to verify their health.

There are various hardware diagnostic tools available on the Internet but I would suggest starting with these:

Hard Drive diagnostic:  Check your hard disk for errors

Memory diagnostic: Diagnosing memory problems on your computer 

Audio, Display, and Input diagnostic: Run DirectX Diagnostic Tool
