People Near Me Cannot Start Error
I keep getting this error when I run People Near Me in Vista x64: People Near Me cannot start Provider could not perform the action since the context was acquired as silent. Any ideas how to solve this issue? I have tried to do system restores, but all have had no luck. I also went through the troubleshooting for Windows Meeting Space, and verified that everything was open in my firewall. This is the other error that I receive for Windows Meeting Space: Windows Meeting Space Cannot Start Windows Meeting Space cannot start because of a peer-to-peer collaboartion failure. Restart your computer and then try starting Windows Meeting Space. If the problem continues, see Troubleshoot Windows Meeting Space. I've tried the troubleshooting. It hasn't worked.

I have the same problem. It started after I locked the student profile in steady state, and I can't keep it from running even though I can keep it from running in the admin account. I have unlocked the student profile and made them an administrator, and I still can't prevent the program from starting. I even turned off the meeting space windows feature in the admin account. Student account always gives me access denied every time I try to disable People near me from starting up.
