TO brief we have a tablet with windows 8.1 on it and an integrated cellular module used for data the type on connection with the ISP of these SIM should be P2P according to the ISP but the tablet keeps giving a default getaway and sub net mask by itself and we cant manually configure it because each time we change it and re connect again it resets the setting.

Any way to force these configuration over the interface ? and to keep them even after resetting ?

Your best bet is to contact the computer maker.  We would have no knowledge of their hardware/software

Usually we can configure it here.

Considering you are working with the intergrated module, there may be something designed by the machine manufacturer resulting in this behavior.
I agree with ZigZag, it is recommended to ask for help from the machine manufacturer.
