Peer Name Resolution Protocol
So recently I found that none of my web browsers were working so i looked further into the problem and realized that the peer name resolution protocol was not working. I went into the file C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Roaming\PeerNetworking, but i don't have idstore.sst listed under it so i can't actually delete that file. I try to start the peer name resolution but it says that windows could not start it on local computer. I have tried everything i could and nothing is working. What else can I do?

Hi, This service enables serverless peer name resolution over the Internet using the Peer Name Resolution Protocol (PNRP). Actually, this service has nothing to do with your issue. You need to follow the steps below to troubleshoot your issue. 1. Ping the gateway. 2. Disable firewall. 3. Inspect the DNS. 4. Try to update NIC driver to latest version. 5. Assign a static IP. 6. Inspect the route list. If issue persists, post your IP configuration here. Juke Chou TechNet Community Support
