I have a client that just started having a network resource issue. Now, she does have access to all other network resources with the exception
of one Server. While you can see the server in the Library, when you try to access it under her profile, windows generates an error saying that it can't be found. I logged in as a different user and life was great. As stated she can access
all shared folders on the main server, but not the second. It's not a permission issue because she can log on to the server in question without issues and she can also Remote in to it. So my question is, what would cause this to happen overnight.
Oh, I should also mention there was a small hick-up in Outlook, but a system restart fixed that. Any ideas? Anyone??

check the cables and the router to make sure everything is copesthetic and then try again
if it still does not want to work, reboot the sever
get back here if its still a nuisance

Hi,
According to your description, I suggest to perform these tests to troubleshoot the issue:
1 Temporally disable firewall on the PC
2 Use
\\ipaddress or map the network drive and access that server to see if the same issue occurs
3 Go to credential manager to check if any wrong credential there
4 Rename her profile, then login again, the new profile will created. Then check if the same issue persists.
Hope that helps.
