Would it be possible for Microsoft to post an ISO file for all "Patch Tuesday" hotfixes and patches? Every month, release a new non-cumulative ISO and throw a bone to all the admins of the world.

Thats a nice idea Guido1219. I'm not sure what it would take to do that. Since the patches are created by the individual product teams, I'd start asking this question in the Windows 7 Security forum, which I'm going to move this post to.
