Hi saemi, Does the issue occur in all files and programs on the desktop? Does the issue occur in other locations? Please scan the system completely using anti-virus and anti-spyware software to check the result. If the issue persists, please try System Restore to restore the system to the date before the issue first occurred. Also, please check the Internet Explorer settings by the steps below: 1. Click "Start", type "inetcpl.cpl" (without quotation marks) into “Search” bar and press "Enter" to open the “Internet Options” window. 2. Switch to the "Security" tab. 3. Click "Custom level…" button. 4. Pull down the settings list to "Miscellaneous" section. 5. Choose "Enable" under "Drag and drop or copy and paste files". 6. Click OK. If the issue still exists, please check if it occurs in Clean Boot. If the issue disappears in the Clean Boot environment, we continue to narrow down which entry is causing the issue. Also, you can create a new user account to check the result. Hope this helps. Regards, Linda
