Hi guysI've got 1 vista business laptop on my domain which prompts the user to change the password, but as soon as she tries to it does not alllow her to change it.I've got a GP in place to force change of password every month, must be complex and min of 6 characters, no previous passwords must be used. Its only her laptop which has this issue. All my other workstations do not have a problems changing the password when its due to expire.Any help on thiws issue will be appreciatedThanksNickIT Manager

Is the machine in sync with domain time does the computer float back and forth from networks. The machines policy may not be able to update if it can not contact the domain. The password can only be changed when the laptop is in sync with the domain and domain controller policy.
