Password Reset Error 3000

Hello i have this error when i try to reset password in FIM2010 R2

u must have accidentally messed up the web.config (e.g. if u backup web.config from version 1.0.0.0 and restore it on a system with version 1.0.0.1

Reinstalling SSPR Portal should fix it
