Parental Controls in XP
My kids use my older computer which runs Windows XP. I finally established individual accounts for each of them and secured my original account with a password. The kids can't download many programs that I think are okay to download including Flash Player, iTunes and McAfee security updates. What should I do?1 person got this answerI do too

I assume you made the kids accounts Limited User accounts. This is going to restrict them from installing software and making changes to the OS. If you are running XP Pro, you could put them in the Power Users Group. XP Home does not have the Power Users group. Either install the software for them or put them in the administrators group.
