Parental Controls - Time limits only change when the child's has logged in during the non blocked hours.
Hi, When I change the time limits remotely (using parental controls) for a child user, the updated time limits don't seem to be implemented or set until the child 'has' been able to log in (during the formerly set - non blocked) time limit. Basically, I cannot get an instant update for the child's P.C until he has logged in (within the former non-blocked time period) and the parental controls show the message 'parental settings updated'. Is this a bug or just not possible at this time to update the child's P.C - during a blocked time period and allowing a child to then be able log in. Patrick

Hi, First of all, I would like to share the following link with you. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Control-when-children-can-use-the-computer You can get some guidance above. Perhaps, you may log off your account when you have changed the setting. Then let the child log in their account. Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
