Hi,Please don't write in all CAPS as it isn't easy to read your post, not from theetiquette of posting here to write in all CAPS and it also calledshouting/yelling at people which not helpful and put people away from helping!First did you tried to go to the maintenance tab, besides running head cleaning use the re-alignment feature and see if that will help.Did you consider calibrating the ink cartridges and also check if the reservoir is filled up with ink waste!
