PLEASE REPAIR RUSSIAN LANG PACK!!!
I have posted the same earlier but had no answer! It is encoding bug... Incorrect displaying of russian letters in some programms...

close this please. it was repaired but not automatically integrated... reinstalling lang pack and choosing russian support in non uni-code programs helped.
