I am using Windows 7 and have jst loaded regcure, when I restarted my computer, it loads and gives the option to open windows in Safe Mode as it didn't shut down properly - however the keyboard doesn't appear to be working as I can't use the up arrow to go to safe mode) it then loads windows and a black screen shows with just the mouse icon on it. Can anyone help, please?

If your keyboard doesn't work at the windows advanced boot option then there is a big chance that you have a keyboard related issue apart from whatever software issue you may have. You may need to check and make sure a known good keyboard works at this screen. http://www.cesabarre.com/

Hi, Make sure you already enabled the USB Keyboard Support in the BIOS setting of your mainboard. If so, you need to check the Keyboard, it is better to replace with a good keyboard as a test.
