PC to PC user activity report

Dears ,

I have an issue where auser complains from echo in conference calls ( LYNC 2013 client ) , the user is configured as PC to PC only .

In user activity report , all the history for that user is showing IM sessions only , being sowhow new to the world of LYNC i have two three questions?

1- should the PC to PC calls , conferences being shown in the user activity report ?

2- Would UCCAPI helps identifying the issue ?

3- what would be the possible causes of the issue ? user use USB headset , and also state that all the users join the conference hera echo as well.

Hm, if all users use a qualified headset for Lync the headsets should be ok.

Look at the reports of the organizer of this meeting. You should find this conference with all invited user.

You can check also the microphone settings
