PC stalls when a window(eg My Documents, Rycycle Bin) is closed, & can only be turned off by turning off power buttons on screen & system unit(in order to start up again & close PC down properly).Sometimes a window appears telling me that 'Dr. Watson postmortem de-bugger' has encountered a problem & needs to close, & recommending that an error report be sent(which I always do).Sometimes this problem occurs more than once on a single day, other days it does not occur at all.I have recently had PC serviced & cleaned, but this problem still occurs.SP3 was downloaded some time ago.1 person needs an answerI do too

Since we are not sure what is causing this issue, I would suggest you toaccess Event viewer on your computer and check in the windows logs for significant error messages/codes related to the issue, during the time when this issue occurs and post back the details.
