PC running on windows 7 won't shut down
I can't shut down my pc, it will be off for a few seconds then it will start booting up again. I relying on turning of the power plug to turn off the pc. When I bought this pc its os is already windows 7. Can someone tell me how to solve this?

under device manager Network adapters Your NIC properties Power management Uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"

Hi, What is your computer model? Please check if there is any unknow device in Device Manager. Please update the latest BIOS, chipset, device driver from computer manufacturer's website manually first. Hey try this , If it works then reply . 1 . Navigate to your Desktop . 2 . Right Click on the Desktop , go to New and then to Shortcut (In other words Create a new shortcut) . 3 . A pop-up Window opens showing Type Location of the Item . 4 . Enter this path ( SHUTDOWN -s -t 01 ) (Without Brackets) . 5 . Click Next button , Name the Shortcut and Click Finish button . Now whenever you want to shutdown , Click on this Shortcut .

What is the antivirus program installed?Is it updated?Check the non Microsoft services and disable it one by oneSuspects your antivirus program (like symantec, Mcafee, Norton etc) still running on background.
