I am well aware of Windows 7 Ultimate, Enterprise, Professional, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012 but what sets Windows 8 aside from all these operating systems is regularity with which Windows 8 ran into trouble from which I couldn't restart installed Windows 8 from original installation, this message also I am sending from Windows 7 Enterprise (dual boot Windows 8) because Windows 8 refused install of TATA 3G Dongle's network components after error where as registry shows it's installed entries without owner or users. Why these things happened? even WAN MiniPort 3 entries were found in trouble in Device Manager which were not installed from any application I installed, I don't know from where these entries came. In general I wouldn't be doing what I want to do using Windows 8 where as Windows 8 would do things I wouldn't roll back, of course these are reinstallation scenarios. Tell me why and how to stop this?

Windows installation fails may happen at different situations: hardware incompatibility, bad installation media or others.

It seems that you didnt say  exact error in your post, I think posting a screenshot or an dump file or error information may help.

Exactly speaking about error, I use TATA DOCOMO's 3G Dongle for wireless internet connection, install of modem software's internet connection which automatically creates internet connection displaying at Windows startup, but this internet connection because of unknown reasons couldn't connect ISP account I subscribed, 3G Dongle's reinstall failed creation of Network connection with no option for user creating it manually, I tried reinstall of Network adapter drivers from original Intel motherboard's DVD for driver installation, which installs successfully but also I found 3 new installation entries of WAN Miniport (IP's) drivers which wouldn't uninstall because registry showed no owner only in properties for these entries, which doesn't allow access for any user  these entries might be misleading Windows from Network adapter, problem is these WAN entries installed from unknown source, therefore I couldn't uninstall WAN entries and install TATA DOCOMO's internet connection software, tell me procedure for successful install and creating Network's intenet connection.
