Hi.My PC has been having problems the past week, when i navigate through windows EXPLORER. This is not an internet explorer problem (ironically not this time)... The PC hangs up/freezes for a while when go through STart-> EXPLORE and try to locate a file or open a document... it just hangs up.. screen frozen. I have hard rebooted about 20 times in the past few days. and even when left for hours it never comes back and doesn't give me an error message. I have run a malware program, virus scan and nothing comes up. have not installed any new software. There seems to be something going on because I have seen similar posts recently about sloweness, frozen computers, can't see thumbnails... in various forums.we are running windows XP with service pack 3. I have downloaded all the latest updates, numerous times... please help us get move past this idealness!!!1 person needs an answerI do too
