1st: Up untill I get to my homepage, my screen flashes sporadically. 2nd: My computer sporadically shuts itsself down, restarts, says there is microsoft error, diredts me to update sound card at CREATIVE TECH..COM. i DO AS PROMPTED, im then told my computer is already updated. And it goes back and forth like that with no difference and slowly worsening..CAN YOU PLEASE, HELP??????? thanks!!!!! 2 people need an answerI do too

ditzydee, have you scaned for viruses? do you have malware protection such as the free microsoft security essentials ? First scan for viruses. second download microsoft security essintials http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/ and do a FULL SCAN> If that dosen't work, try system restore.
