Outlook will not work under IE 8
My ISP is Suddenlink Communications and I have not been able to connect with them using Outlook or Windows Mail for some time. They tell me the problem is known and lies with IE 8 ans SP3. I need to uninstall and return to IE 7.5 using SP2.Your site tells me to go to Control Panel then click on Programs which does not exist on my XP control panel. Is there a solution to this problem? How do I go back to 7.5?

Personally, I think Suddenlink is full of it since Internet Explorer has no effect on a POP3 account.Microsoft Office Outlook Forumhttp://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/category/officeoutlookBruce HagenMS-MVP Oct. 1, 2004 ~ Sept. 30, 2010Imperial Beach, CA
