Outlook express won't work
Outlook express was working fine, Then it stopped. All I can get is the e-mail that comes in. I can't open the e-mail. However, I can highlight a certain e-mail and tell it to print and it will. I cannot send or forward e-mail. I have windows xp with sp3. I have tried to reinstall outlookexpress, however, microsoft web site tells me I have a newer version and it will not let me do it. I have also followed instructions of trying to fix the registry to no avail. This is very frustrating. I need help!1 person needs an answerI do too

You may have a damaged identity especially if it is the default Main Identity. File | Identity | Add New Identity. Create a new one and test it. If all is well, you can import your messages and Address Book from the old identity and delete it. Note: Do not use the word Main in the name of the new identity.
