Outlook express cannot send and receive e-mail
Unable to logon to the server using Secure Password Authentication. I'm having a problem receiving CenturyLink email on Outlook Express. I can send but not receive. SPent an hour with CenturyLink rep with no success. They said to contact Microsoft. Using OE 6. I do not use secure login.
