Hi, I'm having trouble sending mail from outlook express 6. I use windows XP, tried turning off firewalls, router security, spam protectors etc, it makes no difference. I've updated my port settngs in accordance with the switch from DAV to POP3 (whatever that is) as detailed by microsoft. Receives mail ok but can't send - Error message as follows: The message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's e-mail address. The sender's e-mail address was 'Email removed for privacy'. Subject 'Hello', Account: 'New hotmail settings', Server: 'smtp.live.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 5.7.3 Requested action aborted; user not authenticated', Port: 587, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC78 Any ideas guys??
