Emails received by BT Y ahoo have attachments but when they transfer to Outlook Express they are no longer there. This is only happening with one sender. Can anyone help?

Is this one sender using Microsoft Office outlook by any chance? If so, have them send using plain text. Outlook Express cannot understand Outlook's Rich Text Format, (RTF), and will never see the attachment.If they are not using Outlook, check the messages source, (Ctrl+F3), and see if it shows encoding for an attachment.Bruce Hagen ~ MS-MVP [Mail]
