Operating System:Windows XPVersion:Internet Explorer 7 or earlier0About 3 days ago I opened Outlook Express (XP) and found the picture had 'dropped' by about 1 inch exposing the upper line of my Desktop and of course hiding the lower 1 inch of my email messages. What "picture" dropped?

You can reposition the OE Window by clicking on the Title bar (the blue area at the top) and holding down the mouse button and then moving the mouse. All Windows are like that.
