Outlook Express not downloading e-mails
I had a new modem installed and ever since then I have had triouble with Outlook Express. It says it's downloading messages but keeps looping and no messages. I can send but not receive. I have contacted my internet provider and we have verified all the settings and they also re-set the modem. I have re-booted and tried evrything I can think of. I am on wireless with a router. Our other computer directly connected to the modem is ok. Also internet access with my wireless is very slow, not at all as efficient as it should be. Thanks in advance! 1 person needs an answerI do too
