I had a new modem installed and ever since then I have had triouble with Outlook Express. It says it's downloading messages but keeps looping and no messages. I can send but not receive. I have contacted my internet provider and we have verified all the settings and they also re-set the modem. I have re-booted and tried evrything I can think of. I am on wireless with a router. Our other computer directly connected to the modem is ok. Also internet access with my wireless is very slow, not at all as efficient as it should be.
